A PC Board can be quoted by knowing three things:

1) The board size
2) The pin count (usually derived from the BOM)
3) Any special requirements (i.e. RF, diff pairs, High SNR Requirement, Etc.)

Other Services
Everything else requires a fair amount of interaction with the customer
