This card is an 8 layer design which utilizes four RF Channels

A receiver and tranmitter at 2.5GHz

And

A receiver and tranmitter at 5GHz.


This card interfaces to a "miniPCI" bus so it it relatively small in size.

But most of all this card has two 0.5mm pitch BGAS. Because of this, dual level 
Blind vias are used. 3mil technology also had to be employed.
